This Service Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is between Skudie ("Skudie", "we", "us") and you, the business or individual subscribing to use the Skudie platform to sell appointments, sessions, and events ("Service Provider", "you"). By starting a subscription, you agree to this Agreement.
Skudie provides software for taking bookings and ticketed events, accepting client payments through your own payment accounts, sending reminders and confirmations, managing clients, and (on Pro) marketing tools and white-label branding. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Skudie is offered in two tiers, billed monthly. All prices are tax-inclusive (IVA included):
You are billed in USD via PayPal or in MXN via Mercado Pago, depending on the method you choose.
New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged the plan price and then on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep access until the end of your current paid period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry over a short grace period during which your account keeps working. If payment is not resolved, your account is suspended and your public booking page is paused. Your data is never deleted — restoring payment reactivates everything.
Payments from your clients (for bookings, sessions, and tickets) flow directly to your own payment accounts (e.g., your PayPal, Mercado Pago, or "pay at the door"). Skudie does not process, hold, or take any percentage of your clients' payments. You keep 100% of what you earn. You are solely responsible for your client pricing, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, invoicing/facturas to your clients, and any applicable taxes on your sales.
You agree to: use Skudie lawfully and only for your own legitimate business; provide accurate business and contact information; own or have rights to the content, images, and branding you upload; honor your own bookings and client commitments; and comply with all laws and tax obligations that apply to your business.
On the Pro plan, your booking page and installable app may use your own name, logo, and colors, with Skudie branding removed. The Monthly plan shows a small "Powered by Skudie". Skudie retains all ownership of the platform, software, and Skudie brand. You retain ownership of your own brand and content.
You may not use Skudie to do anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive; to resell or sublicense the platform itself; or to copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
You own your business and client data. We process it to provide the Service and in line with our Privacy Policy. Your data is preserved if your subscription lapses, and you may request an export. We do not sell your data.
You may stop using Skudie at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of this Agreement, or misuse. We will not delete your data immediately on lapse, but accounts inactive for an extended period may eventually be removed with notice.
Skudie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to the transactions between you and your clients and are not responsible for them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skudie's total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update this Agreement; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mexico. Questions? Contact us at hello@skudie.com.
