These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the “Terms”) govern your use of the online booking page operated by Kennedy Morgan Medium (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to book appointments, reserve event tickets, and receive related communications. By using this booking page, creating an account, making a booking, or subscribing to notifications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking page.
When you book a service or reserve an event ticket, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay any amount due for that service or event. Prices and availability are set by Kennedy Morgan Medium and may change. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (such as PayPal, Mercado Pago, or Stripe); Kennedy Morgan Medium does not receive or store your full card details. A booking that requires payment is only confirmed once payment has been received. Some bookings may be designated as “pay at the time of service,” in which case payment is collected in person. This booking page is powered by Skudie; Skudie does not process or hold your payment and takes no commission — your payment is made directly to Kennedy Morgan Medium through their chosen payment provider.
For appointments, you may cancel from your account. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start are not eligible for a refund.
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Kennedy Morgan Medium.
If Kennedy Morgan Medium cancels a booking, the same window applies; where a refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method.
Services may be delivered online (a meeting link is provided), in person (an address is provided), or as a home visit (you provide your address at the time of booking). Please ensure your contact and address details are accurate. For online sessions, you are responsible for having a working internet connection and any required device or software. Kennedy Morgan Medium is not responsible for failures caused by your equipment or connection.
Event tickets are valid only for the named event, date, and time, and may be limited per person. Each ticket may include a unique QR code used for check-in; please keep it secure, as anyone presenting it may be admitted. Tickets cannot be purchased after an event has started. If Kennedy Morgan Medium cancels an event, affected ticket holders will be notified and, where payment was made, a refund will be issued as described above.
You may create an account to view, change, or cancel your bookings. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; deleting your account does not affect records we are required to keep for completed transactions, tax, or legal purposes.
If you choose to subscribe to notifications, you may provide your name and email address. We use this information to send you updates from Kennedy Morgan Medium — such as new availability, events, and promotions — by push notification and/or email. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. You can opt out at any time using the “Turn Off Notifications” option on the booking page, by following any unsubscribe instructions provided, or by contacting us, and we will remove your details from our notification list.
Where Kennedy Morgan Medium offers a referral or rewards program, discounts and account credits are subject to the conditions shown at the time (for example, eligibility for first-time clients, per-service limits, and credit caps). Kennedy Morgan Medium reserves the right to withhold rewards obtained through misuse or fraud.
Account credit may be issued when you cancel a paid booking and choose to keep its value. Credit is applied automatically toward future bookings with Kennedy Morgan Medium. Account credit expires one year after it is issued or last topped up.
Gift certificates may be created from the value of a cancelled paid booking and sent to a recipient. A gift certificate is tied to Kennedy Morgan Medium and can only be applied to the same type of booking it was issued for — a certificate from an appointment may be used only for appointments, and one from an event only for events. Gift certificates expire one year after they are issued.
Account credit may be applied to appointments or events, at your option, when booking. Gift certificates apply to appointments only and cannot be used toward events.
Neither account credit nor gift certificates are redeemable for cash, and they have no cash value except where required by law. They are non-refundable and may be changed or withdrawn by Kennedy Morgan Medium in the event of misuse or fraud.
This section explains how Kennedy Morgan Medium collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this booking page.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including payment processors (such as PayPal, Mercado Pago, or Stripe), hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, and — for online sessions — video-meeting providers. These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your information as described below, subject to records we are required to retain.
This booking page is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
By using this booking page you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it, including not attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass others or submit false information. Bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled in line with the policy above.
The booking page is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kennedy Morgan Medium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the booking page. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the booking page after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
